Our National Enforcement & removal team will serve notices personally upon every gypsy on site. Any caravan or vehicle on site that is unattended will have a notice attached to it in a waterproof clear container. Notices will also be posted at every entrance and exit to the site, also in waterproof clear containers. The team will take photographs of the site, the caravans and the places where notices have been posted. It is a professional service and the gypsies, seeing this always leave when ordered.

No landlord or owner of land wants Gypsy, traveller or itinerant encampments on their land. The Police will not move them on for you and the local council will prosecute under planning legislation if you do not move them on.

The Gypsies will be served with a Notice giving 24 hours to leave the land. Should they not leave they will be removed by force. We can arrange for manned security for the 24 hour period after the notices have been served. That is often a positive step, as it ensures that no further gypsies (who have not been served with notices) arrive and camp on site. Without this measure you can leave yourself open to an ongoing tidal situation with gypsies coming and going and no one able to prove who has been served with notices.

Following removal we always suggest that concrete road blockers are installed as a security measure against further incursions. Its fine putting a padlock on a gate, but if that gets snapped off no one will know who did it and the travellers will always deny that the site wassecured. They never ever do any damage (They Say)

We also hand out bin bags to the gypsies and instruct them to clean up their site. They dont take the rubbish with them but at least it is bagged up ready for collection. We can arrange clean up of the site following eviction, should you require it.
